Cancel an order

Can I still cancel my order?
Yes, After completing your order and paying the order amount (after receiving the invoice), you have up to 2 hours to cancel your order via email and we will return the full amount of your payment to your bank account. After 2 hours, your order will be sent for the printing process and it will be impossible to cancel the order.

Attention: You cannot cancel all orders within production 24 hours or via express.
